Started to Exercise to Keep Myself Healthy

Staying mentally  fit and exercising in an energetic and healthy way way is really important to me. Exercising in itself has  a great multitude of personnel and emotional  benefits that I can feel the effects of everyday. I always wonder why the majority of society don’t make more of a big push or effort to do it. I mean other than the obvious physical benefits, what gets me is the emotional and mind changeling it has on my body..

I noticed a big difference in myself mind and spirit when I started to get physically fit, not only a huge boost in my mood, but my self esteem, confidence, energy levels, skin, breathing, you name it, the list goes on and on. The health benefits of exercise combined with sound nutrition are really key to improving one’s well being.  I used to be only slightly active, I walked and jogged every now and then, but never made it a routine endeavor until a few years ago. That is when I really took charge of my body and  noticed a change, and realized how much happier I was as a person living an active lifestyle.  Knowing all the great benefits that is was for me and the  positives it did for me, I really wanted to try to take that energy and share-it with the world, in an effort to share and push other individuals in my area to start on a good fitness and eating program. I  called up and searched through my pohone and collected up a few close buddies who were interested and began a little workout  group on Saturdays at the local Gym. I thought about what to do and came up with just sharing all the things that I had learned over the course of my own training, workout training that is., We excercised and then shared thoughts on eating and health stuff, it was a lot of  information. It was so much fun that news of our group spread fast and soon we had a group of fifteen to twenty, and I knew I was on to something, and I knew others would be interested in this kind of lifestyle.

I decided then and there that I wanted to bring things to a higher level,  the next level, we had been running and doing mainly body weight stuff, but it wasn’t enough. I had so many things, movements and  ideas but just needed a little more of exercise objects to  reallyshake things up a bit. I wanted to get stuff like kettle bells, a rope, a tire, jump ropes and weighted balls, but never realized how expensive all this stuff was, even from the used store. I decided it was worth it anyway, and since I didn’t have all the money I took out a car title loan and headed to the store and bought everything I needed. I got $1000 from my car title loan.Well the rest is history, I know have my own compnay and train hundreds a week. It was easy as one two three!
